Making pure “nothing added, nothing removed” natural wine. All made by hand in our ancient factory. 3rd vintage of new Finnish-American domaine and negocian in Languedoc. All grapes comes from Saint-Chinian AOP region, but the wine is made 300 meter altitude in ancient factory sided by a freezing cold river, coming up from a sub terrain lake in Saint-Pons de Thomieres. Most vintages are done by our giant ancien press as natural direct press wines. Vintage 2024 will bring a lot of new direct press rose wines from Carignan, Syrah, Mourvedre and Grenache grapes. New Copenhagen launched Banal is off-dry with 8% residual sugar, but is still fresh as a summer morning. Why its Banal - come, see and taste!
