La Rêvolte

With 8 hectares of vineyards on the hillsides of Pézenas, spread across basaltic scree soils, lacustrine limestone, and Villafranchian terraces, Victor and Ludivine farm organically in the vineyard and work naturally in the cellar (with no additives at all). Through meticulous vineyard work and carefully tailored ageing, they produce wines of emotion, intended to reveal and highlight this constellation of singular terroirs.
