About
Distiller since 2021 in Gignac (34150), I create my own base of alcohol to make my spirits with a woodfired copper still. All of the wine that I distill to make my "brandy" comes from the Terrasses du Larzac.
I also handpick a lot of plants to make my spirits (Mint, Juniper, etc etc..) and everythng's organic.
Since 2023 I have a little production of natural wine (Orange and Red).
