La Conspiration

La Conspiration distillery is located on the banks of the Marne river in a repurposed 19th-century ladder factory. Our approach centres on the use of simple tools, traditional stills, and age-old practices. Our spirits are marked by a winemaker’s approach: we create terroir gins, in an unprecedented filiation with the wines of Champagne; aromatic and explosive alcohols that remain true to their grain; rich and powerful fines champenoises. Limited productions of 50 to 1,000 bottles allow us to treat each spirit as an experience and a creation, where the taste is crafted in careful stages, from the selection of ingredients to the brewing and the heating.
