Hi, Jean-Marc, new winemaker since 2020 after a career in aeronautic industry, I take care of 5 Ha in SW of France, near Toulouse. I've started by selling the grapes to organic wine makers. The time for me to built a small cellar..start of wine making 2022. I'm learning everyday listenning and observing my vines. I'm not certified biodynamic, but i feel and apply the practices. I make wine in order to reflect the terroir and grape varieties, so for that, no huge intervention, old barrel aging, few sulfites (<30mg). I play with many varieties like Négrette, Jurançon Noir, Colombard, Gamay, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Bouysselet (old white variety, that I've planted last year). New bottling with 2024 vintage will be April 2025. I will be very pleased to meet you one day to make you test.
