Sordina is the toponym for the area of Lonigo, in the Berici Hills, where our vineyards are located. The territory was formed through the process of marine sedimentation. Furthermore, in sordina means doing things “on tiptoe”, which is how we produced our first wine in 2019. Our project begins with the restoration of old vineyards and the planting of new ones, covering a total a total of 8 hectares. The varieties grown are: glera, garganega, sauvignon, tai rosso, merlot and pinot nero. We cultivate the land in the most natural way possibile, eliminating the use of any chemical substances. In the winery, we enhance the characteristics of the raw material and our terroir, without using selected yeast, fining agents of filtration, allowing the must to follow its natural transformation process. Our wines are authentic, to enjoy with friends.

  • Not all grapes are dry-farmed. Some are irrigated (The southern area of the Colli Berici in Lonigo (VI), where we are located, is a warm region with little rainfall. Moreover, after the drought-stricken year of 2022 and increasingly challenging seasons, we decided to install a drip irrigation system in our vineyards.).
  • All grapes are harvested manually.
