About
We are a small farm of 3 ha located between Gambassi Terme and San Gimignano. We Leave the nature Express itselfs. In the vineyards we use only Cooper and sulphur in small quantity and when necessary. In the cellar we don’t filtered the Wine, we don’t make any clarification. We use only our grapes being careful to select only the one which is so healthy
