We want to visit local wineries and purchase only wines that are consumed locally and not distributed on the market. I like American-style wines that are quenched, drinkable, and soif, from delicate high-end wines made with stubborn dedication and respect for tradition to natural urban wines made by up-and-coming young winemakers in Portland, the mecca of craft.
