We are a young Italian-German family that has lived in many countries and different places. Now we have found a place where we feel good, where we want to take root. Here in South Tyrol our children grow up bilingual (a real wealth!) And the nature that surrounds us is beautiful. Our wine project is also born on these mountains, with the utmost respect for nature and the territory. That is why we have chosen the organic method, the vinification of resistant vines (PIWI) and the natural vinification without yeasts and any other additives. For us, for our children, for environmental sustainability.
