We are a traveling grape research winery, mainly in the Molise area. After the selection and harvesting of the grapes, the winemaking takes place in Abruzzo. Molise is a small region in central Italy with a purely mountainous character which has its uniqueness in the native vine "Tintilia". The vineyards are treated exclusively with Copper, Sulfur and products permitted by the Organic handbook. We follow all the processing phases and have established relationships of friendship and trust with the farmers. For the red grapes we were mainly interested in finding Tintilia vineyards as high up as possible to more sincerely convey the character of the region and its qualities. The wines are processed entirely "naturally", therefore spontaneous fermentation and no additions of any kind, nor sulphites (at any stage of the harvest, vinification, rackings or bottling) nor anything else. We do not carry out filtrations and clarifications. We experiment a lot and during these years we have worked with different types of grapes: mainly Tintilia, Falanghina, Coda di Volpe, Montepulciano, Malvasia and minimally Passerina and Cococciola.
