Domaine Takahiko

Our 4.6-hectare vineyard are planted with Pinot Noir vines at roughly 60 meters above sea level on a hill above the Yoichi River. The vineyard, called Nana Tsu Mori which is farmed organically, is the source of all of the wines labeled Domaine Takahiko. The wines have strong dashi (umami) flavour reflecting the unique terroir of Yoichi.
