"Le hasard fait bien les choses !" this sentence is expecially for us two...Pascal was Barman, Laurence was tourism guide ...We fall in love of this area : le Fenouillèdes ! No heritage, no experiences, everything learned on the job and professional trainings We started with rented parcells and the cooperative of our village, in 1995. Winemakings began in 2005 , in the garage of house for 2000 botlles, actually we do 15/ 20 000 bottles/year, all in Organic way after two pesticides poisoningt of Pascal in 1995. Everything is done in artisanal and manual way, in respect of life and grappes.
