About
J’ai 33 ans, après un cursus universitaire sur le vin lié au domaine Sébastien Brunet (bio) sur l’AOC Vouvray de 2006 à 2008, j’ai rencontré Mathieu Cosme (bio) par la suite et j’ai eu la chance de m’associé en 2013 avec celui ci en lançant une nouvelle gamme de vin au Domaine “Le Facteur”. J’ai réussi depuis à reprendre en propriété des vignes sur l’AOC Vouvray et à planter 2 hectares à côté de l’AOC Côteau du Loir. Les cuvées sont certifiées bio ou en cours de certifiacation. objectif 100% certifié dans 3 ans.
