We are a small 3ha domaine situated in the Beaujolais cru Régnié. I, Anne, run the domaine together with my husband Thijs. We both moved from Amsterdam, the Netherlands to the Beaujolais in search of a calmer and more in sync with nature kind of life. We work completely organic and our philosophy is to strive for regenerative agriculture. We do this by helping the soil restore it’s natural balance. For example, by sowing permanent cover crop, utilising sheep in the winter to fertilize the soil and planting trees in and around our vineyards. Our vinification is semi-carbonic with various length of maceration. We use the low-intervention principle. Indigenous yeast, no additives.
