We established our estate in 2016, taking over old vines on the Kimmeridgian limestone soils of Cahors (the "causse"). We were amazed by the quality of the wines from this terroir, combining fully ripe fruit with a lively, fresh acidity, even in warmer vintages.

We cultivate our vineyards organically and biodynamically, embracing a regenerative approach: minimal soil disturbance, compost enrichment, and encouraging abundant foliage to provide shade, maintain freshness and reach full fruit ripeness.

Our principal grape is Malbec, native to the region. Contrary to its rustic reputation, we firmly believe it is a truly noble variety, capable of great finesse when treated with gentleness and delicacy.
We seek wines that express pure fruit and delicate character through late, 100% hand-harvested grapes. Our goal is lasting stability, achieved through complete fermentation of the sugars, down to the last decigram (and completion of malolactic fermentation), followed by extended aging on the lees, with no added sulfites until bottling, where a minimal addition of sulfites is made on a case-by-case basis (but always below 15 mg/L of total SO₂).

We invite you to explore its many facets across our diverse range: light, fruit-driven reds ; a sparkling red wine ; a rosé ; and single-vineyard wines that seek to capture unique, emotionally expressive expressions of place. We also work with a field-blend of white varieties, which express a singular character through extended semi-oxidative aging.

People often describe our range as a journey: come and discover or rediscover with us the Cahors causse and the uniquely textured wines they produce.
