Developing the citrus culture in the Pyrénées-Orientales, between sea and mountains, which inspires creative cocktails, is consumed as a digestif, and enhances the most daring dishes. Our citruses are grown in agroforestry, this practice involves deliberately combining agriculture and forestry to create more sustainable and efficient use of land. Without any additives, we highly concentrated the essence within the zests giving allowing this authentically unique taste.
