The vineyards and orchards at Domaine de la Côte Mont Rigaud are certified organic, and embrace a devoted appreciation, respect and harmony with nature.
This inherent belief is what has from the very beginning, driven us to ferment our wines and ciders using only indigenous yeast.
Our focus has always been on white wine, however we now also produce a small amount of Rosé and Red Wine.
