L’AU-DELÀ est né en 2021 de la rencontre entre Arthur Bohn et Josselin Lutz, deux passionnés qui partagent une même vision de la vigne et du vin, et qui ont créé ce domaine de toutes pièces, avec la liberté de partir d’une feuille blanche. Leur démarche vise à élaborer des vins au-delà des standards, en s’inspirant des méthodes de culture et de vinification ancestrales.
