Domaine Beirieu

Respect for biodiversity and soil life are our main concerns. Most of our vines are isolated in the scrubland or bordered by woods. We want them to be grassed and we alternate a seeded cover and a wild cover in order to perpetuate the flora and fauna. Our plots are human-sized, half of which are grape varieties in red and white. We treat as little as possible, with Bordeaux mixture and sulfur but not only. We also use hydrosols, essential oils and plant manure. The wine is made without any input or preservative. Our winemaking choices are in line with our cultivation options. Healthy and very ripe grapes, small yields and little intervention in the vinification.
