We are a father, daughter vigneron’s trying to grasp the terroir’s essence with our wines. The family estate (XIV), surrounded by Mediterranean forests, facing South, is located in the Parque Natural del Garraf (protected area). At an altitude of 225m with a calcareous sandy soil, we only grow local varieties of grapes such as Malvasia de Sitges, Xarel.lo, Sumoll,Parellada,Cartoixà Vermell,Muscat of Alexandria,Carignan or Ull de llebre. The whole building is organized by three main concepts “biodynamie”, the moon calendar and el Calendari del pagés. In the cellar we produce natural wines with no sulfites added. Even in our bubbles we use wild yeasts or our own rosemary honey to ferment our wines. On the other hand, we love to experiment using different vessels for the vinifications like dame jeanne, roman amphora’s, steel tanks or terracotta eggs. We live by making wines soif (easy to drink) with a lot of minerality and identity. But bubbles are our passion.
