Clandestini

Anna & Maurizio

Grower, Maker

something

Clandestini was founded in 2019 in Offida, on the hills of Marche region, a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea.

We grow the grapes for our wines and the botanicals that flavor our Vermouth, adopting organic and regenerative farming practices: we bring organic matter from production waste and protect the plants according to a principle of minimal interference.
We also limit interventions in the cellar: fermentations with indigenous yeasts, aging left to time and climate, so that each bottle can express its own identity. We do not add additives or oenological aids, we don't filter and we don't clarify.

We are committed to creating authentic products that convey our passion and love for the land.
