Cható Gañán

Cható Gañán is a wine project that arises as a tribute to all those older wine growers who have cultivated old vines with strength and passion so that today we can enjoy this wine heritage. Our project tries to reflect in each bottle the climate, the land and the tradition of the Sierra de Gredos. Authentic, pure, artisan, original, fun wines with personality. The small winery is located in Navahondilla (Ávila) and the vineyards are spread throughout the Sierra de Gredos area, most of which are in the town of Cebreros. We produce approximately 5,000 bottles from 6 hectares of centuries-old vineyards cultivated organically. We work the vineyards with love because people come and go, but what always remains is the land.
