I am a 7 generation of vigneron at Château Guadet, as my family bought this estate in 1844. I study wine in Bordeaux and went travelling after. I did spend 2 years in the USA (mainly Walla Walla in the Washington state), 2 years in Chile, 1 year in Spain and 5 years in Australia. I came back in 2009 and took over the vineyard side in 2010. Pass the vineyard in certification biodynamic on the same year and start working biodynamic the following year. My dad Guy-Petrus and i, sell our wine mainly at the estate to direct customer and with people who are happy to work with us, so just world of mouth. As we don’t sell wine in future like most the “grand cru classé” of Bordeaux, we store the wine in the old quarries under the estate in the best condition, until the wine is ready to drink. Passionate by wine and vineyard, i enjoy working in the vineyard as well as visiting them, and share some wine with friends and people.
