Château des Peyraux

Since 2017 now, I made this domein recoreving from oblivion by planting 4 Ha of historical and indigenous grape varieties of the Tarn valley, such as Negrette ( we are located in AOP Fronton), Dirasn Prunelar...The vineyars is in organic farming, certified since 2019. I have also some dead soil recovered by adding conintously organic material ( horses arround...) and covering with mixt of plant, to perform structure and nature of the soils. I also let nature doing his powerfull job... I am using also low copper doses per year. ad tried alternativ cares to vines ( Lifofer..). Hhrvest are done by hand, from the beginning. In Cellar, Ive been usi,g lesss aand less sulfites until reaching zero addition. indigenpus yeast also: I am for 3 years now within Vin Méthode Nature group. Whatever I am fining sometimes with bentonite the white and rosé wines. Not the red wines. I am also making Petnat. I am working alone.
