Fabien Bergeronneau farms 4 hectares across Ville-Dommange and Trigny. Ville-Dommange’s chalky soils bring tension and ageing potential, while Trigny’s clay-sandy soils provide volume and texture. Many parcels are vinified in used oak to encourage gentle micro-oxygenation, while the Trigny Meunier is vinified in stainless steel to preserve its pure fruit. The two terroirs are highly complementary, combining chalk-driven freshness with texture and richness.
