Mónica and Quim are the winemakers of Celler Bonans, located in Piera. Monica is a winemaker, a technician in organic production and a climatologist. Quim, for his part, is an industrial technical engineer and has experience in the food industry, and has also been trained in organic viticulture. The couple has been making and selling organic wine since 2010, from their Parellada and Tempranillo vineyards, and thanks to the grapes bought from their winegrowing friends who follow the same principles of respect for nature. They experiment with biodynamics and animal traction to work the soils, which is part of their desire to follow the natural rhythm of the vines and to return to the methods used by previous generations, which produced a real wine, without possibility of cheating or misleading the consumer.
