Ca' Lustra is a family-run organic farm that has been dedicated to wine production in the Euganean Hills for 50 years.

The company, founded in 1977 by Franco Zanovello, is now managed by his children, Marco and Linda, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, with the support of a motivated team. The 25 hectares of vineyards, along with an additional 15 hectares of olive groves, woods and pastures, are all located within the Euganean Hills Regional Park, now a UNESCO MaB site, divided into numerous "cru" with distinct soil and climate characteristics.

The winery’s identity is rooted in deep knowledge of the territory, continuous study and experimentation and a strong commitment to organic farming and biodiversity. This philosophy comes to life in sustainable practices such as traditional winemaking with spontaneous fermentation, no clarification and minimal use of sulphites. The approach extends to each vineyard, where patience, experience and respect guide the work, according to the specific combination of soils and microclimates found throughout the Euganean Hills, from the generous volcanic soils to the much drier marine sediments.

Ca’ Lustra also offers hospitality: overlooking the Faedo valley, you can enjoy guided tastings and experiences that explore wines, history and traditions.
