Founder Duyen Ha is a classically trained chef with experience in kitchens ranging from Brooklyn’s beloved Marlow & Sons to world-renowned restaurants in France like Arpège***, Mirazur*** & Frenchie*. Duyen left her esteemed career as a Michelin-star trained chef to embark on a mission-driven, entrepreneurial journey to create her own brand after witnessing the incredible power of food and drink to bring people together. BONDLE leverages the discerning judgment of a chef's palette with sustainable sourcing from small winemakers to craft a curated selection of natural wines. Featuring a unique product line of Champagne, Red, White, Rosé, and Orange wine each season, BONDLE’s evolving collections guarantee a new and fresh experience for every season of life.
