Meet in

We work in a very natural way. We don't use any chemicals in the fields. We use in a very rare case sulphur or copper for prevention of vine diseases. Harvest is manual and we usually ferment the grapes in small plastic vats of 1000 L. We make manual punching down three times per day. We wait the winter cold for the clearing of the wine. We usually bottle the wines in the spring after the harvest.
