About
We farm a bit over 1 hectare spread out through multiple parcels along the Miño River, working towards regenerative viticulture. Our philosophy is that wine is made in the vineyard through sustainable viticulture practices and best expressed through minimal intervention in the cellar. All our fermentations are spontaneous with native yeasts and no temperature control. 2023 was our first vintage released as Bodegas Alebrije. In 2024, our second vintage, we produced 5,000 bottles, and the 2025 vintage is still aging in barrel at the moment.
