Bidule

Bidule is winemaking project started at 2022. After 13 years in corporate Zdenek Omasta (winemaker standing behind this project) left the job and established new winery with his family and friends. Zdenek made wine from his vineyards also in past but Bidule provides much bigger space to apply his passion. Especially passion for sparkling wine which is our main domain in the winery. We work organically on 7ha of vineyards in South Moravia in Czechia in villages Velke Bilovice and Dolni Bojanovice. Cellar is for us more a storage then place of transformation - still and sparkling wines are made to reflect their origin and vintage. We should be BIO certified in 2026. We also follow rules stated in charter of group Autentiste.
