We buy sustainably farmed fruit from sites around Victoria. One day hoping to farm our own fruit too.

Our wines generall fall in to one of two categories: restrained/conventional and experimental/fun.

The winemaker's experience comes from vintages in Victoria, Australia and Southern Rhône (the Ventoux), France. Working with 4 different mentors, including a biodynamic grower/maker, and within a commune winery with a group of likeminded winemakers.

We add minimal sulphites to most wines (none to some - pét nats.etc).

Some of our fruit is also uncertified organic.
