We are a boutique organic/biodynamic certified vineyard & winery. We farm 22 acres of vineyards on an 185 acre property. We use no tillage and fertilize only with a herd of sheep and compost. All of our wines are made with native yeast fermentation with no sulfites or additives.

  • Not all grapes are dry-farmed. Some are irrigated (We were dry farmed until the drought in 2014. The climate has changed and does not support dry farming here. We irrigate in between June and September about twice a week for 2 -3 hours (1 gallon per hour) now. We use pond water full of fish, turtles, ducks & occasionally beavers.).
  • All grapes are harvested manually.
