About
I am Ilia Batsashvili – a winemaker/viticulturist. I started my work in Georgia, in the Kakheti region, specifically in the village of Bakurtsikhe, where I planted vineyards of the Rkatsiteli and Saperavi grape varieties. I produce natural qvevri wines and naturally sparkling pet-nat. Since 2024, I have been a member of Georgia’s "Natural Wine Association."
