Bar Choice is founded by Ring Zhao, the national champion of the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition in 2020. The management team includes Zhazha Lee, the Global runner-up of the Tio Pepe Cocktail Competition.
以“非遗茶·冠军酒”作为核心，Bar Choice创办人Ring Zhao深入原产地，携手凤凰单丛的非遗大师詹逸波及其团队，将好茶与好酒结合，制作出富含中国风味的创新鸡尾酒。
With the theme of "Traditional Tea·Modern Cocktail", Bar Choice Owner Ring Zhao went deep into the origin and collabrated with the Intangible Cultural Heritage Master of Phoenix Dancong to combine good tea with good spirit to create innovative cocktails with rich Chinese characters.

“茶”鸡尾酒是Bar Choice的主题。我们所使用的茶由联合创办人凤凰单丛中国非物质文化遗产传承人詹逸波先生、其子詹天培先生及团队制作。我们利用现代工艺，让茶和酒达到风味的高度融合，让鸡尾酒变得美味而有趣。
"Tea" is the theme of the cocktail menu. The tea they use is created by the co-founder Zhan Yibo 、the son Zhan Tianpei and the team. Mr.Zhan Yibo is also the inheritor of the Phoenix Dan Cong tea, a China‘s intangible cultural heritage. We utilize modern techniques to achieve a high level of flavor fusion between tea and spirits, making cocktails delicious and intriguing.
