Azienda Fognano

The farm is located in Bobbio in Val Trebbia in the locality FOGNANO. The vineyards extend for 7 hectares at an altitude of 350/400 m. We produce white wines based on Malvasia di Candia aromatica and Ortrugo; and red wines based on Barbera, Bonarda and Dolcetto. The vineyard is organic and so is cellar. The harvest is manual. In the cellar it is fermented thanks to indigenous yeasts and no sulphites are added.
