Azienda Agricola "I Vignali" di Alessandro Ciarlo

I'm 34 and I born and lived in Rome until 2019, when I change completely my life and moved in Torre de passeri where my grandfather in 1970 start to make wine for pleasure. I have 2,5 hectar of vineyards, 1 hectar of montepulciano, 0,5 of trebbiano, 0,5 of pecorino and another 0,5 with chardonnay, pecorino and moscatello di castiglione. All the work in the vineyard are made by me, only during the harvest i request a hand to harvest everything faster. In the canteen i use the old machine of my grandfather, press, destemmer-crusher, pomp and the old concrete barrel. I make 1 red wine, 1 rose, 2 white, 1 sparkling and 1 sweet wine.
