We are a new cellar on the feet of the volcano etna. We work only with indigenus varaiety and with the a lot of care for the our soil. We work in organic sistem certify in a farm and in a cellar. Only spontaneus fermentation and without additions.

Not all grapes are dry-farmed. Some are irrigated (Only emergence irrigation).
