Ciao my name is Simone, I am from Abruzzo Italia, where with my family work an old vineyard (45 yo) in Vittorito (AQ). Trebbiano and Montepulciano, 2 and a half hectares with which we make 4 labels bianco, rosato, rosso (stainless steel) and 8 days skin contact bianco ( concrete). We focus on trying to grow the best grapes we can as healthy as it gets to put us in the position of not intervening during transformation in the cellar, treatments ( biological copper and sulfur) are kept as little as we can only when it’s really needed ( generally after heavy rains). It is important for us to make wine naturally without using any chemicals or sulphites, we do not like to filter our wines or clarify them, in our cellar there is no controlling of temperature and fermentations start end end spontaneously. Despite all of this we are still capable of making a clean and well balanced wine elegant and delicate with a good complexity able to tell and natrate our wonderful land and terroir. I would also like to highlight the fact that every sigle drop of our wine comes from our vineyard, our plant worked by us, taken care of by us throughout the whole year without buying anything or working with grapes that we didn’t touch or take care ourselves, and that is something that should be taken more seriously. having said that I thank you all and see you at the fairs!!!
