For the first time at the Raw Wine’ fairs, Tommaso, eccentric winemaker, produces personal wines since 2004, as a self-taught wine artesan. He has consciously chosen to enhance the history of his vineyards, restoring vineyards that had long since been forgotten by time. He uses the most ecological and natural methods to grow vineyards and to produce wine in the cellar. His wines are alive and they change every year.. vini vivi e dimenticati (alive and forgotten wines) is his slogan, indeed. Every bottle contains the essence of that year, the vineyard’s expressivity, and his signature—the personal idea of the winemaker. These are wines with a story to tell and emotions to make you feel.
