Joy, fun in nature and wine.
The wildwux Cuvee has a dense, ruby red color with delicate violet reflections. Red fruits, spicy notes and a hint of minerality dominate the aromas. The sweetness and density can be tasted on the palate. Its maturity in wooden barrels gives it a round, velvety finish. The ideal drinking temperature is 16-18 ° C. Due to its dense structure, this wine goes particularly well with hearty dishes such as braised leg of lamb with herbs and garlic."
“When my wines taste vibrant and alive, then I know that all the work has been worthwhile and I feel an inner peace and deep satisfaction.” Birgit Braunstein’s family has a 400-year-old tradition of wine cultivation. Wines have been cultivated on the family farm since 1632. The term sustainability gains a whole new meaning in such circumstances.
