Müller Thurgau fermented in stainless steel with something like a tea bag inside the tank filled up with Riesling grapes. (close to a carbonic maceration), Riesling has a short 24 hour maceration, the Kerner includes some 2018 which was macerated for 10 days and some 2019 which was fermented tea-bag-style in Riesling juice. Silvaner, Chard, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris were short macerated overnight.
