Average age of vines: Old vines Named after the old pilgrimage chapel in the middle of the site. Great structure and salty finish from high amounts of limestone in soil. From a single vineyard; the Heiligenkirche. Hand-harvested. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for 12 hours, aged in used oak barrels for 12 months. No added sulphur. Unfiltered . Bottled end of August 2019
