We are Bianka and Daniel Schmitt, two winemakers from Flörsheim-Dalsheim, Rheinhessen. Our passion started in 2012 and since that we have grown with our tasks, experience and knowledge. Our senses get sharper year to year, which supports our intuitive thinking and creativity at the same time. Most important thing is to have a goal and your path is self-determined.
