Alcohol: 12.5% Suitable for Vegan and Vegetarian Manual harvest (mid-October) • Destemmed grapes • 4 weeks maceration in epoxy-lined fibreglass tanks of 900- 2000 litres • 1 punch-down per week • Indigenous yeast • Ambient Fermentation in – used 1,200 litre Frankonian oak • Aged for 14 months on lees • Malolactic done Tasting Note: This very fine natural wine is aromatically seductive with the Muskateller providing the floral foreground, but it also has flavours of golden orchard fruit, lees-spice and a whiff of sherry.
We are Bianka and Daniel Schmitt, two winemakers from Flörsheim-Dalsheim, Rheinhessen. Our passion started in 2012 shortly after we met each other. The decision was made quickly and we began to go a new way together. All our wines carrying different statements and messages. To make wine gives us the opportunity to be 100% ourselves by exercising our creativity and enthusiasm. This is our way to rebel! We cultivate 16 hectares completely bio-dynamic. Our fields and parcels are spread in Flörsheim-Dalsheim, Monsheim and Kriegsheim.
