"The wine has a pleasant oxhidative chatacther which add complexity to the wine profile. The nose appears yeasty and bready, with notes of dried herbs and hay. On the palate it delivers a rich mouthfeel with moderated acidity and a touch of light sweetneess."

Volcanalia was born out of one of the oldest Garganega’s vineyards of Gambellara Hills. Grown with passion and dedication, the 6.5 hectares of vines thrives in their world surrounded of biodiversity. Today the production is focused on still, orange, sparkling on lees plus a long aged Metodo Classico. Volcanalia aims to produce the best wine preserving and respecting our land and ourselves.
