something
My story begins in 2005 when I decided to learn everything about wine. I studied, worked and travelled around France and Spain during some years to complete my training and work experience. Then I started my first project in the Priorat wine region in 2011 with old Grenache and Carignan vineyards in an extreme mediterranean climate. After three years in the Priorat I wanted to discover how to get more freshness in my wines and decided to start a new project in Calatayud (Aragón) with old Moristel and Grenache red vines, located at the mountains on a level between 800 and 1000 meters in a continental climate. Currently with my partner Balbina, we are recovering old vineyards of historical varieties in the Costers de l’Anoia (Catalunya) and we are trying to reflect the cooler side of our Mediterranean climate in our wines. We work with the maximum respect for the land and bio-diversity and with the minimum intervention as possible. Are you ready  to know more about our project?
