From the Grower
"On the nose, notes of liqueur of cherries and plums, with a sweet, sweet mouth, with very soft tannins, which fills the palate with well-ripened red fruits and sweet spices. It shows in its tertiary notes the good evolution of the 3 years in the bottle."

something
At Casalibre we’ve been working to show Chile’s most exciting face, moving away from the typical commercial, industrialized and monotonous chilean wine. Currently we work with carefully selected organic growers from 5 appellations and make single vineyard wines to represent the diversity of our country, some from +100 years old vines. We want to show the best of each terroir and maximize its expression through the use of less intervention. The less intervention in the vineyard and cellar, the better. We also like to try alternative fermentation and aging vessels, such as clay tinajas and old barrels. We prefer authentic wines, with personality, rather than standard products created to satisfy conventions. Currently we produce about 30.000 bottles per year.
