something
Viña Caminomar it´s an organic vineyard located in Santa Ana, at Colchagua Valley, Chile. Caminomar wines are characterized by their floral aromas due to the fact that its two hectares of different varieties of flowers surround the vineyard, impregnating the wine with special and unique scents. It’s taste of ripe black fruit is the result of a balanced mix of grape varieties and its careful process of vinification, aging, eighteen months of storage in French oak barrels and one year in the bottle before going on sale. As well, its intense and deep purple red color, with a rich structure and body is offered by the strains, Tempranillo, Malbec, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, and the blends made for our wines Vaho and Sosiego, accompanied by careful hand-made production. On the palate it’s a complex wine with a unique personality, with pleasant concentration and acidity, the liquorish black fruits are expressed with sweet tannins, which will allow a very good evolution in the bottle. Alcohol Degrees: 13.5 ° GL Aging potential: 8 years Pairing: Lean Meats, Pasta and Mature Cheese
