The grapes are directly pressed, Without the addition of yeast, The malolactic fermentation is carried out, without added sulphites, about 8g of residual sugars. About Vignereuse

Marine’s vines are located on a hillside overlooking the small village of Andillac, near Cahuzac-sur-Vère. Some of the vines are trained: Syrah, Braucol and a plot of Duras, the other is in goblet: Gamay, Mauzac, le loin de l’Oeil, and a pretty little 55-year-old plot of Duras. The vines are worked organically and certified since 2014.
